Set Remote Access for Deltek Support Staff

Deltek Support staff might need to access your TrafficLIVE system to perform support and maintenance activities. You use this procedure to set their remote access to your TrafficLIVE system.

To enable remote access for Deltek Support staff, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Menu > Admin > Company Management.
  2. Click Configure Company Details.
  3. On the General tab, in the Allow Deltek to Assume Access section:
    • Select Yes to enable Deltek Support staff to access your TrafficLIVE system.
    • Select No to limit Deltek Support staff access to only the Admin section of your TrafficLIVE system.
  4. Click Update Agency Details.
